Big XII Championship: Oklahoma over Missouri
Unique Notes from the College Football News Predictions:
- Nebraska loses against Virginia Tech, Missouri, Kansas, and Colorado.
- Nebraska beats Oklahoma.
- Texas loses three straight games to Oklahoma, Missouri, and Oklahoma State.
- Missouri loses twice all season (losses: Illinois and Oklahoma State).
- Oklahoma's only loss is to Nebraska.
WTF? Missouri wins the North? Oklahoma's only loss is to Nebraska? Texas loses three times? WTF? Is College Football News a trusted or creditworthy publication??????
ReplyDeleteOkay, just went to CFN website and looked at their predictions for the Big XII in 2008. They were wrong on every one of them.
ReplyDelete1. Iowa State was going to be the surprise team in the conference. Nope, they were dead last and terrible.
2. Nebaska was going to the the biggest disappointment in the conference. Nope, Nebraska opened people's eyes and tied for first in the North.
3. Texas was going to finish no higher than third in the South. Nope, they tied for first in the South and arguably should have been in the National Championship game rather than Oklahoma.
Brent - Thanks for sharing how College Football News predicted some Big XII teams to do in 2008. Unless this year turns out to be very unexpected, the predictions made by CFN will be off base again.
